Ingredients

  • 500 gms small potatoes, boiled and peeled

  • ½ tsp onion seeds

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tbsp chilly powder

  • 1 lime, juice extracted

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Take a tawa or frying pan, add the onion seeds, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, and salt.
  • Stir and cook the spice mixture on low heat.
  • Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and toss well to coat them with the masala.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are well roasted and heated through.
  • Pour in the lime juice and add the roasted sesame seeds.
  • Give it a final stir and remove onto a serving plate.
  • Serve hot or warm, with toothpicks for easy snacking.
