Ingredients

  • 500 gms Chicken Breasts, cut into ½ inch cubes

  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed

  • ¾ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Allspice

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, allspice and garlic to make the marinade.
  • Add the chicken cubes and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat the grill. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • Grill on medium heat, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred (about 12–15 minutes).
  • Serve hot with a side of yoghurt, garlic sauce, or inside flatbreads.
