Ingredients

  • 100 gms mayonnaise

  • 150 gms thick yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ¼ tsp white pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced

  • 4 sticks of celery, diced

  • 150 gms walnuts, chopped

  • 200 gms grapes

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, thick yoghurt, honey, white pepper, and salt.
  • Add the diced apples and mix well to coat them evenly with the dressing.
  • Add the celery, chopped walnuts, and grapes.
  • Mix lightly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve cold, optionally on a bed of lettuce or in individual bowls.
